Kashif Noon

Director/Chief Technical Advisor

Kashif Noon is the Chief Technical Advisor and Director at Carbon Libre. He has two Masters Degrees; MSc International Relations from Quaid-e-Azam University and MSc Public Policy from Queen Mary College, University of London. He has extensive experience in Public Policy; design and implementation. He joined Civil Superior Services in 1995 and later joined the United Nations, where he worked for almost a decade. While working in the development sector he has served in Afghanistan, China, Central Asia and East Asia.

Abdus Sami Khan

Director

Mr. Abdus Sami Khan is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in leading and managing complex projects in the development sector. With expertise in education reform and public policy, he has successfully served as a Team Leader for reputable organizations including Mott McDonald, World Bank, USAID, UNFPA, and World Food Programme. With a master’s degree in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Mr. Khan brings a wealth of knowledge in strategic planning, policy development, and capacity building.

Sumeri Eman Jamali

Communications Officer

Sumeri Eman Jamali is the Communications Officer at Carbon Libre, where she drives content strategy and digital outreach to support science-based climate action. She holds a Bachelor's in Communications from Curtin University, Australia, and completed a summer school program in International Relations at the University of Oxford. Her past experience includes internships with UN Women, JICA, and PTV World. She is passionate about using storytelling to bridge the gap between climate science and public understanding.

Zarak Ahmad Jan Khan

Volunteer/Manager

Zarak Ahmad Jan Khan is a communication, research, and training specialist with expertise in qualitative analysis, project development, and mental health. He has collaborated with leading organizations including UNICEF, UNFPA, GIZ, SRSP, and the National Commission on the Status of Women. Proficient in thematic analysis, KIIs, FGDs, SPSS, and MAXQDA, he brings strong technical, sectoral, and communication skills to every project.

Wadan Ahmad Jan Khan

Volunteer

Wadan Ahmad Jan Khan is a student of International Relations with a strong interest in global affairs and sustainable development. He has completed an internship with PTV World, gaining experience in media and international communication. Wadan has also worked on projects related to climate change, focusing on its global impact and the need for environmental policy reform. He is passionate about bridging policy, media, and advocacy to address pressing international issues.
